Shipping Policy

Our exclusive shipper is UPS. Our shipping chargees are based on weight of products that is ordered, the dimension of the package what option UPS delivery that is selected.

Available shipment methods are:

* UPS Ground usually arrives within 10 business days.
* UPS 2nd day air.
* UPS Next day air.

Most shipments shipped using UPS should arrive within 10 business days. We will only ship to Street names and numbered addresses. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance from our warehouse located in Peabody, MA.

Processing

In-stock items will be processed and shipped usually within 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship orders during weekends or holidays. Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will usually ship the same day. We do not process shipping orders between Friday 5:00 PM EST and Monday 8:00 AM EST. All orders without a valid phone number or e-mail address will not be processed. We reserve the right to withhold sales to ebay resellers.

Shipping Charges

UPS calculates shipping cost by weight and by shipping choice. All our products have a specific designated shipping weight and this is used by the UPS when calculating shipping charges. An additional handling charge will be placed on all orders. This is determined by size and number of boxes for shipment.

Taxes

For all Massachusetts state residents we are required to collect a 5% state sales tax at purchase. This will automatically be put onto your purchase cost at checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover cards.

Should you not want to make payment online, please call us at 781-990-0043 with your order and credit card information and we will process the order directly.

Back Orders

Should there be items you ordered that are on back order, you will receive partial shipment of order and receive back ordered products when they are available. You will not be charged for back order shipping.
